Central China Restaurant offers an authentic Hunan culinary experience with a wide variety of flavorful, spicy dishes such as stinky tofu, mapo tofu, double peppy fish head with noodles, and meicai pork belly, all served in generous portions. The friendly staff provides attentive service and maintains a welcoming atmosphere that complements the bold and balanced flavors of the food, which is best enjoyed with rice. While the exterior might seem unassuming, the combination of authentic taste, reasonable prices, and a great selection makes this restaurant a standout for those seeking traditional Chinese cuisine.

I have frequented this restaurant several times and have always been impressed by the delicious food they serve. Among the dishes I have tried are the cumin lamb, cabbage and glass noodles, winter melon and fried egg soup, seafood tofu, salt and pepper ribs, and steamed fish. The staff at Central China Restaurant is friendly and provides great service, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I am looking forward to returning to this Hunan-style bistro for another culinary adventure filled with bold and fiery flavors that cater to spice lovers like myself.
