On my recent trip to Houston, I had the pleasure of experiencing the Central Texas Bar-B-Que restaurant. While standing in line I started talking to some regular customers. They assured me I had found the best Bar-B-Q in Houston. Looking at the menu they had a wide variety of food. I picked out my meat entree with some potato salad that looked like I made it. When it comes to potato salad I have never found any competition to my own as I cater to large crowds. I was pleasantly surprised, the meal was delicious and I would recommend this stop to anyone looking for a great Bar-B-Q dinner. Sincerely,
