We stopped in while in town visiting my daughter at College. She wanted Gumbo and saw the reviews and we like to support mom and pop shops. So we went in. The cashier was sweet as can be and patient as we looked at the menu. Then a lady that was the cook came in with a chip on her shoulder. We could have gotten over that. My Daughter and Husband ordered Soup and the Rice was warm but the soup had cold pockets. The Shrimp Po Boy which I had I expected a Beer Battered Shrimp Bo boy to have Crispy Shrimp it was Mushy and Cold. IT was like the Microwaved Frozen Shrimp. It had a cute set up inside. I just can't get past the food taste.
