I have been coming to Hildegard's German Cuisine for years and know the original Hildegard family. The restaurant has always been a nice place to get my German fix. But about a year or so ago, new owners took over and this place has completely transformed for the better! Many of the things I used to overlook with the previous ownership in terms of cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, the quality of the food and service, and overall experience is drastically better. I would highly recommend coming to Hildegard's German Cuisine on Bob Wallace. It is so nice to the wonderful changes to a place I have loved to come to for so long.
