Called in pizza order and was told be there in 20 min, arrived there and had to sit in car another 1/2 hour before they brought out, no apology no nothing, DON'T WASTE YOU'RE TIME OR MONEY HERE, everyone rude and don't care about you

Apparently the comment about the steak previous review, you must of been there on a bad day, although I would not recommend steak for this restaurant I have had decent ones and yes depends on who's cooking that day, for steak go to Tucker's Soulard area, they do have however many other decent dishes, my recommendations, include their house salad, rib tips, fried chicken, pizza, spaghetti,burgers,have the usual appetizers anyone serves, prices are decent. A very casual sports, restaurant establishment.

My Star is the least! I've been coming to Horseshoe Lounge & Resteraunt for a couple of decades! I guess the food is only as good as their employee's! I went there today for a Sunday lunch at 2:00pm. I order a ribeye steak dinner for $17.95. I received a decent salad, then the steak came! OMG! Are you kidding me? I ordered it first off Medium well. It arrived very thin, as though it were meant for their sandwhich at $7.95. It was gross in the fat content and on top of it, it was rare! Bloody rare! The dipply waitress, wearing sweat pants after she finally checked to see how the food was, I said well this is defintely not MW! She offered to take it back and throw it on the grill! No thanks, I said I will take it home and finish cooking it myself. I couldn't of stomached the lack of management, poor food quality etc... The steak if I purchased it raw as I pretty much did, though from let's say Scnuck's would have cost about $3.00! Yet I paid $17.95! What a waste! The owner's don't have a clue! I'm sure I was surved the wrong ribeye (meant for a sandwhich on their menu) as well as the quality was nothing but fat and raw! I won't waste my time ever again eating at this establishment and if they keep on with their new low standard's I doubt they'll be in business long with their prices! Unbelievable! If I hadn't of been on a "date" with a longtime friend I would have sent the entire meal back from one glance and had it taken off the bill. I hope they read these comments but either way their plite is inevitable to close anytime soon. Absolutely horrible!
