This store should fire everyone and just start fresh. I have ordered here atleast 10 times now and I'm not sure why i even bother anymore. I guess i had hoped by now they might get it together. I have had an order that i called in and they took mind you. This particular order they never even bothered to show up or call to say they were not coming. I had to call them and ask them about it myself. They said well we dont deliver there. Ok wait a minute now. That wasn't even my first order delivered to my address from this store and they delivered it then. I only live maybe 3 miles away tops. That is just one of the many instances of horrible service at the woodstock il store. I decided to try again today after months of not due to that last mistake. Today i get a vito with bbq chips and large coke. Well the vito has no sauce on it and i got jalapeno chips even though my reciept clearly states thats not what i ordered. Im sick of this store and the horrible service. They will no longer get my hard earned money.
