We had my sister in laws 70th birthday party there with 50 people. Our servers were very nice, got our food and drinks out in a timely manner. The food was delicious.will definitely do this again. Thanks for a great time tonight.

I've been coming to Jocko's for years. They offer such a variety of food. And the food is always excellent. The girls that work there are always so helpful and not to mention they run around. They make me tired just watching them. If you want a great place to keep the entire family entertained it's Jocko's. Between the tv's or the moving trains above the booths the family will surely enjoy.

I was SO disappointed with my last visit to Jocko's. I moved away 4 years ago. Went there with my son's family last week. Still smelled great coming in the door, and that's where the good stuff ended. Our server seated us-never introduced herself and wore no nametag. Not a smile or a word of welcome. Had to ask for a child's menu for the 2 year old with us. Then had to ask for crayons,(the child's menu is a color-on placemat). Each item was slapped down on the table and away she went. When the pizza came, she said, "Can you make room for this?" Had to ask for a 4th plate for the child-nothing was ordered from the child's menu-could she not figure that out?. She never stopped to see if our drinks needed to be filled or to take our dirty salad plates. I set them at the edge of the table almost to the point that they would fall off and she breezed past them several times. I finally had to pick them up and put them on the empty table next to us. She was not that busy. I saw her standing by the register with her co-workers watching our table. She also tossed the check down fairly early in the visit, again without a thank you or to ask if we needed anything else. As our less-than- satisfactory visit was wrapping up and she saw me snap the comment card from the holder on the table, she became a little more concerned with our welfare and asked if we needed anything else. Sorry, Sis! Too little too late! On a note about the food, which was secondary to the pathetic service, the salad bar wasn't as awesome as it used to be, and I wouldn't recommend the taco pizza. I can only surmise that Jocko has retired and left the restaurant to someone else. I could not have imagined having such a bad experience there had he been on the property. It is so disappointing to have a time out with family that you expect to be a nice memory, and have is turned into a nightmare because the management does not oversee the quality of the care given its customers. I had a restaurant boss tell me years ago that the employees will be a direct reflection of the manager. I would be writing this privately to the owner/manager so that he would have the opportunity to right this situation, but the only web address on their page took me to pizza inn, which they are no longer affiliated with. I doubt I will ever darken their doors again. Finally found out the server's name-it was on the check, but I am not trying to be catty,so I will leave it out. I just hope you have a better experience than we did!

I have lived near Jocko's for almost 20 years. I have never had a bad experience while there. It is a great family restaurant with great food and great service.

we were in this store on saturday, december 5th to celebrate my aunts 65th birthday. we waited for a really long time for our food. we had to ask for refils on soda and then had to wait. also they charged every ticket 18% gratuity, and for what?poor, unprofessional service? 15% is excellent service, but 18% for horrible service? the food wasnt that good either! we would not and will not reccomend this establishment to anyone!
