I love Pizza Man's Italian beef! The bread is awesome and the beef is delicious along with the sauce. It also comes with banana peppers and a bag of chips. Not to seem as a glutton I always order it with extra meat to cut down my carbs and I have to tell you for nine bucks it's worth every cent to me...
Great Job Bernie!

I ordered a pizza and that is a mistake I will never make again. The toppings were scarce. The Italian sausage was almost invisible. All the cheese was clumped in the center of the pizza, the outside two inches were bare. The dough was decent and that's the only good thing I can say about a terribly over-priced pizza.

I was working a temporary job in Neuman and co-workers kept bring in Pizza Man food. It looked great and I planned to treat our family the last day and bring some home but we were to treated to breakfast pizza and thus I wasn't hungry at all.
A couple of weeks later I attended an event at Heritage HS and we decided to drive down as I was so close and it would be an hour drive to come again. The sign said open Fri til 10:00. As it was 9:37 I was surprised when the two employees standing at the counter said-"We're closed," when I asked if we would have time to eat in or need to carry out. As there was a pizza and a fresh uncooked item on the counter I knew they weren't walking out as yet. I pointed out the sign said they were open and they disputed this saying well for sure the sign in front had the 9:30 time listed. I mentioned how I had heard of them and that we had traveled farther from home to try them. I suggested they needed to change the sign and they assured me the one in front was correct..If they had been apologetic in any way or even merely courteous it would haven't lessened my frustration but I would have been mollified.--(we actually had to go clear back to Danville before we ate.)Perhaps they will change the sign and if not they might say " I'm soo sorry we'll have to change that sign but the ovens are off," or "we're sorry we hope you'll come back, we think we have a great product," or We close at 9:30 we're waiting on a pick-up." but the did NOT do anything but say we're closed, the sign is correct, and turn back to their conversation. I hope the owner trains new hires better than these, and by the way we never found a the sign they referred to just the sign that said closing on Friday-10:00PM.

Everything at Pizza Man is AMAZING it is a local restaurant. Very nice people working great pizza makers and it is an all around great place to get pizza or subs. I recommend the turkey sub.

The Redskin pizza is loaded with meat and other delicious toppings. The restuarant is casual and friendly. Service is quick. The decor is simple and, yes, it has old photos of scenes from Newman's past. It's a great way to get the flavor of the community instead of eating in a place where you can't tell what town you are in from the inside. The daily luncheon specials are also delicious and sell out if you don't get there before 12:15.

their thin crust sucks, but i like the thick crust. they have a awesome chicken club. although most pizza places are cheap, they are way overpriced. the service is decent, and the atmosphere is ok(if you like reading about the old newman sports teams). I would recommend spending a little extra time and go to tuscola to pizza hut. you will most likely save money.
