Meeting family for our first visit felt warm and inviting as a kind hostess greeted us amidst a bustling dining room filled with rustic charm and the scent of comforting home-cooked meals. The buffet overflowed with hearty favorites like fried chicken, ham, and real mashed potatoes, while the cozy fireplace and friendly service wrapped the experience in a nostalgic embrace that lingered long after dessert.

We had the fried Possum with green beans and applesauce.....The best we have ever ate. By the time we got to Decatur, we were vomiting and almost choked to death on pieces of hide and bones. But you should try it next time your horse takes you there. They also have raccoon.

Friendly helpful People work here. Food is good but used to be better. In the past the chicken and mashed potatoes tasted and looked homemade, but now has that mass produced taste and look. I won't be hurrying back.

We love pretty much everything from they're home style buffet, especially the fried chicken, turkey, and home made dressing. Many yummy desserts, including sugar free. Fun to shop afterwards in their gift store!
