gracious host (just my wife and I on the evening we went to Doris Yoder's home, just outside of Arthur, IL; the food was very good...and the assortment was amazing: salad with fresh tomatoes, roast beef, hamloaf (pork), mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, homemade bread, chick and Amish noodles, peach and blackberry pie...and the iced team kept coming....after dinner my wife JoAnn purchased some homemade salsa and pickled beets...great time!
