Small place. Fantastic food. Served fast and hot. Not a lot of parking. If you like BBQ this is a place you will want to visit.

Excellent food well prepared.
Atmosphere is friendly - service was a little slow, but they were slammed. Will eat there any time I am in Arthur.

If you are anywhere near Arthur, you have to stop at Pauly's. You will look at the building and think it is just another little diner. But the food is the best in all of central Illinois. If you like bbq and good home cooking, this is the place for you. The pulled pork and ribs are to die for as well as the cole slaw, hobo potatoes, and cornbread.
