The deep-dish pizza here is a cheesy, crispy masterpiece with a tangy-sweet sauce that keeps me coming back every time I visit Carbondale. The retro vibe of the joint, unchanged since the '70s, pairs perfectly with friendly, speedy service that makes every meal feel like a warm, nostalgic hangout. Bonus points for the massive spinach salad and the fact that their homemade ranch might just be the best sidekick a pizza could ask for!
