Went through Wendy's drive-through this evening to get food because my granddaughter was late to be someplace (3-11-14). I ordered the new Bacon Ciabatta Burger as a combo. GD wanted only the fries and a frosty and I was GOING to eat the burger.
It was the worst hamburger I have ever tried to eat. It was cold, the bun was stale, and actually I don't think it was even a ciabatta roll, and the sauce (whatever it was) was absolutely nasty!
The cashier was less than accommodating (putting it politely) and when I saw the baby frosty she handed me she just said, "that's all you get." I don't believe that! She did not ask me at any time what size of frosty I could get and never offered a larger sized meal. So my disappointed granddaughter got a baby frosty and I got a burger and service too nasty for words. Won't be back for a long while. I have been hearing bad reviews on this Wendy's, but this was the first time for me. So disappointed. Hey Wendy's in case you want to reimburse me for your nastiness, contact me at lsims@siu.edu.
