First time I have eaten at BK in long time. let me tell you the service was awful and the food was cold. My fiance and I both order whopper jr and whopper combos the fries where hotter than the burgers. The cheese was not melted the meat was cold the buns were hard. We took them up had them re make them and once again the they came back the same way cold. We then asked them to just microwave them so we could eat them and well it made my sandwich unappetizing and my fiances when he took bite out of it it was RAW!!! He immediately went up talk to manager and was told that they only have one broiler and it always cooks the burgers like that pink the edges never fully cooks He would have double cook the meat in order to get the burger the right way. After that statement was made we immediately requested a refund and with much resistance and no apology we got a full refund and I got to throw up before I made it to the car. NEVER AGAIN!!
