Rt 52&59 on 3/24/21 6:30 pm. Treated very rudely when handed our food. Ordered 6 whoppers and 2 mocha fraps. He accepted the drinks and food. When my husband asked if the drinks were fraps, employee acted as though he were here crazy, and responded they were. My husband explaineded they are usually served with a domed lid and whipped creme. She said "They are not." My husband explained that they have always been before. She raised her voice and said, "They are not!" He politely suggested she might want to check with her manager. She got more aggressive and louder saying again, "They are not and I know." We were a group of seniors ages 68, 79 and 74 who were courteous, but were treated rudely by this employee. By the way, this woman was NOT a teenager, and should have better manners. Our whoppers were good as they usually are, but the experience was definitely unpleasant.
