Working overnight shifts on the weekends means my food options at 5 a.m. are pretty limited, and after enough White Castle and Waffle House, Howie's became my go-to for some seriously tasty diner food. Their breakfast items, like the veggie omelette and biscuits, are always fresh and hearty, and the staff is super friendly, even when it's busy. Plus, being able to order ahead on DoorDash makes grabbing food on the way so convenient, and the attached gas station's crew always has plenty of energy drinks to keep me fueled.
