If you're in Jefferson, you absolutely have to check out Bett & Bev's BBQ, where the food is downright delicious and the service is speedy! I have a soft spot for their brisket macaroni and cheese, but the smoked prime rib special on Fridays is a game changer. Plus, their frip-a pulled pork twist on nachos-will have you dreaming of it long after your meal, I swear I took a nap right after indulging!

Best barbecue I've ever eaten.Love the Hot Beef with their delicious gravy over mashed potatoes. Such large portions. Lot of meat.
