The chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the homemade pies, especially the coconut cream and Oreo cream, were absolutely delicious with generous portions perfect for sharing. The service was friendly and efficient, with our server Anna making the experience even more enjoyable through her pleasant and witty interaction. The menu offers a wide variety of comforting options, including hearty breakfasts and Southern classics, all served fresh and reasonably priced in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

The chicken sandwich I had at Klunder's was incredibly delicious, and the toast was a perfect complement. The pies were also a must-try, especially the coconut cream pie. The staff were efficient and friendly, making our road trip stop a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Best Homemade cooking you will ever have. A Mom and Pop type diner with home cooking and fast service! Would be my number 1 recommendation in north east iowa for sure!
