I had a party of three we ordered two orders of wings and one order of chicken lips. After 40 minutes of being there our waitress came up and said sorry we forgot to put one of your orders in it will be only a couple more minutes before we get your order out to you. I was polite and understood and said that's fine. After 20 more minutes and our waitress never return to our table we still did not receive our food. So basically we sat there for an hour for an order of wings and chicken lips. When I talk to our waitress and said we have been here for an hour for wings and chicken lips what is the deal. I was confronted by a blonde woman behind the bar who said you should not raise your voice here and if you want we will pay for your drinks and you can leave. I said fine we will leave and she told me fine don't ever come back here again!!!! What kind of service is this!!! I'm perfectly fine with never giving them another dime of my money again!!!!

This was the worst food I have ever paid for. I decided to go to the bugaloo with my family instead of just getting cheeseburgers at gasoline allies. I am very disappointed in my decision. My daughters chicken bites were fatty and flavorless. My chicken had bones in it and had no taste. The Alfredo was disgusting. My husband said his nachos had a bad aftertaste. Nothing was good. Our service was no good. The food was no good. Don't eat here.

I have eaten there several times, really love the Calzones! Yesterday I met a friend there, ordered my usual pepperoni and sausage calzone and asked the waitress to mention to the cook I had eaten maybe 4 other calzones there and all 4 had to be sent back to the kitchen because the centers were cold. Sure enough, number 5 had to be sent back because the centers were cold. Why can't they get it? The waitress said that happens all the time. Otherwise, I love the place.

We had breakfast there on February 17th. We think you might need to tweak a few things such as coffee re-fills in a more timely manner rather then the customer having to ask.
I felt the scrambled eggs were fake eggs not real, they were cold, the toast was cold so the butter wouldn't even melt and the hash browns were the kind you would receive at MacDonalds not a nice restaurant. The bacon was good as you can't really mess up bacon. We probably won't be back.

Not very good recently. The first few times we ate there it was pretty good, great cobb salad, their chicken lips were much better than Martini's and the catfish was one of my favorites. But the last time we were there I didnt see any of the items I did before. The selection was very limited compared to our previous stay. We got the pizza this time around and it was not good, very thin and not sauce or cheese. We will be back to try it again hopefully they bring some of that stuff back.

I ate here over the weekend.. service was great.. food was excellent. Tried the new Vacation Sensation burger and loved it. My companion tried the pizza and thought it was good too. Appears over the years this restaurant has improved!

I went to the "New and Improved" Boogaloo with some friends from work. I admit, I was curious about the new menu that they were touting, and let me say, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
When we first walked in, we were struck by how few people there seemed to be compared to how busy they normally were, before the change!
The service was good, but the food was AWFUL! One person's burger was like a hockey puck, another person's soup was stone cold, my salad was definitely NOT a salad (I had asked for the dressing to be served in a dish on the side, instead it was all on the salad and when I complained, the server remarked that this is their new policy), the pizza that another person ordered was like cardboard, and they claimed that they had better pizza from the frozen food section of Wal Mart. My steak was very over priced for the size, and had to be sent back because it was over cooked! Our server mentioned that they had been getting a lot of complaints ever since the change, and I can see why!
I used to enjoy going to the Boogaloo on occasion, but if this is any indication of what the "new and improved" menu is going to be like, I would not waste my time or money there!
And to the people who run The Boogaloo, do everyone a favor! Go back to the old menu! IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!

Now that you have a supposedly NEW menu, well I hate to tell you this, but it was AWFUL!!!!! My husband and I usually eat there about once every 2 months or so and then visit the casino which we usually enjoy very much. We arrived there about 2:30 pm, I was sooooo thirsty, I wanted a GOOD big glass of ice tea, which used to be really good there, but guess what, it was AWFUL!!!! I sent it back and just drank a glass of water with lemon in it. Then my husband and I both ordered the salad that comes with the meal, guess what it was AWFUL too!!!! The salad had nothing in it but leaves and branches and the dressing was AWFUL!!!!! Then I sent the salad back and tried the chicken noodle soup, it was COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could have got a can of Campbells chicken noodle soup and it would have been much better. Finally when our main meal came, I ordered chicken fettuccine and NO BREAD with it, which would have been nice. The waitress told me that they completely did away with bread all together. My husbands meal was pretty good too, it was chicken and biscuits, just a little dry. All in all the only GOOD thing I can honestly say about the whole experience is the really nice waitress who waited on us. Needless to say I don't think we will go back there to eat until they get another COMPLETELY NEW MENU again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband ordered the philly steak which was VERY dry and I had the chicken tenders with sauce and I could not find the sauce and my baked potato tasted like a leftover heated up from the day before. The children had pizza which was paper thin with absolutely no toppings. We had to wait quite a while for drink refills. Will not be eating there again.

Went out with a group of people. Service was slow and couldn't hear anything. Had to ask for drinks. Steaks ordered and couldn't get a steak knife-only butter knives. The food was good. But don't think it was worth the price. For being a new business/building, it should not have been having buckets and leakage in the middle. It didn't seem as though the staff was very friendly.

Ignored at hostess stand. We had a table of 7, they split us in 2 booths--whatever. We had 2 cocktails each, it took 20 min. after drinks were ordered to receive each time. At one point we had to ask another server to find ours after having been irgnored. Order 1/2 order onion rings, rec'd a full order, it was cold. 2d appetizer came with meal and only bc we pointed out never rec'd. French fries w/ea. entree were cold. Had to ask for our table service, and then we were not given enough for # of people at our table and had to grab service from another table. No papertowels in bathroom, told hostess, and felt like it was beneath her to get them replaced. Left feeling like we were an inconvenience to our servers and the hostesses. We will return to the arcade and bowling more than likely, but will be hard pressed to return to Boogaloo. Restaurant is noisy and hard to hear people sitting across from you.

Arrived at 2:50 PM on December 21, 2008 with my wife. Had appointment at 5:00 PM so it was very important for good service. Waited on right away for drinks. order a bucket of beer which is 6 beers for 12.00 dollars. Had to asked to order meal. Order two Appetizer never recieved it. canceled at 4:50 PM. Meal arrived at 5:00 PM said I had to pay for it because I ordered it. Got my bill at 5:30 PM $38.51 Told them to throw away the food.
Manager was no help. automatic 18 % tip was added. This was highway robbery. Never will return to any of fun city or allow any family or freinds to visit.
