Love their chai lattes and breakfast croissant sandwiches. My parents are coffee roasters and have owned cafes since the 80s, so feel I have a good take on a great cafe, and this place is special :)

Excellent coffee and service.

My absolute favorite coffee place in all of Jax. Everyone is always very nice and helpful and the coffee is always spot on. I love it there!

My previous remarks were in reference to my two attempts to patronize your business establishment. I have a right as a consumer to disclose my displeasure in trying to do business in good faith at Sippers. I do not personally know you or this other individual by the name of Robert. Amanda, please do not call me “mister Jarid.” I consider the use of those words in that matter a personal insult you and Sippers are making to me. My intent was not a personal attack on your business. The purpose is to let Sippers aware that my experience was uncomfortable, frustrating and not pleasant. Amanda, your wording in your last comment indicates confusion on your part in handling constructive criticism from customers. You started off by taking a defensive stand, and then become apologetic. Never take a defensive stand against your customers. Remember the saying: The customer is right, even when the customer is wrong, they are right. You get one attempt to impress your customers. If you failed to do that, then you failed in doing your job. I gave Sippers two attempts and you failed. Thank you.

I work at Sippers so my review may be a little biast but to be quite truthful it's the best chai in jax! It's home made! I love to add pumpkin to mine! All muffins and cookies are home made and Marcy the owner remembers everyone's name. If you're looking for a local coffee shop to sit and work or study they offer free wifi.

I have also read the previous reviews and mister Jarid your comments seem to be very similar to other reviews on other review pages under different names Robert is a regular customer who pays his tabs and speaks highly of our business to other customers. I have tried multiple times to contact you to offer you a refund and change your mind about our coffee shop. We understand not everyone will like our coffee but we just want to make sure your reviews are not personal attacks to our business. Thank you!

Bagel was burned black. Coffee was lukewarm. Coffee was not fresh. I complained about it and was told I was not being a good Christian. What is that all about? Noticed another customer sitting there eating a sandwich and drink from Lubi's. Asked the lady working behind the counter about why this was allowed. Was told this person named Robert hangs around the business for several hours a day and buys little to nothing from her. While leaving wth no bagel or coffee, this Robert asked me if I buy him a cup of coffee. This is a very strange business. I felt like I was in a homeless shelter than
in a coffee shop

This is no hidden gem. If one has experienced a true coffee shop, then you understand Sippers is not a coffee shop. This business appears to be having an identity crises.

I love the interior design, the way the whole place is lit with natural light coming from the large windows. It feels very comfortable and friendly. Though they would make a lot more money if they brewed really good coffee. With a little taste testing, and research and maybe a better coffee maker, they can become a hit. Since they want to keep it trim and slim, it would be highly advantages to focus on just the best coffee you can get in town. It is not that hard.

Just a nice quiet place to study. They have free wifi and drinks are wonderful. They also offer a variety of breakfast and lunch items. I love it!

I personally LOVE Sippers. I have been going there since it originally opened. I am not much a critic though because I can only speak for the one drink I always get....a large Toasted Marshmallow Frappachino. To me, it's to die for. I always get one before I get my nails done at Bella Diva. The owner is very nice and has always remembered my order.

Frappacino tasted like a small glass of milk, after I complained, she put more ice then it tasted like ice.... They should stick to coffee. Obviously, no competition for Starbucks here.
