This place is absolutely disgusting! The service is terrible and the food is terrible! I asked for a refund on the spaghetti and children Alfredo (we only took 1 bite) she refused to give me something in place or refund. She told me that I am the problem and that her food is good quality. This place needs to be shut down! The lady was screaming at me that her food is the best in the city. I must live in another city because a TV dinner is better than this. My dog didn't even want it. Shame on her and this business.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! The food wasn't horrible. Wasn't the best either. It was the horrible service that completely turns me off!!! Waitress messed up our order- which wasn't a big deal. (She never bothered to write anything down.) When it came time to pay- the bill was wrong (again not a big deal) so when asked to take off the incorrect item (something so simple and happens all the time) she turned us to talk to the "manager"... Who right away gave US the attitude. Of course by this time we are already frustrated and the situation turned from just trying to take a measly $1.39 off the bill to a yelling and bitching fest. Simple explanation could not even be listened to. Pointing fingers and raising voice. I get the Italian cultural difference and natural attitude but this was TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!!! No costumer service at all!!!! Absolutely and completely bias and RUDE!

On Jan 29th, 2011 at about 8pm, I was rudely cut off by a driver wearing a Mama Mia's car topper. He was in a red car and cut over 3 lanes of traffic... AT A RED LIGHT, almost side swiping myself, and other vehicles. This was after he was speeding and swerving in and out of traffic. He turned into the Queens Harbor Golf and Country Club, where I followed him to get the number on the sign. After explaining this to an employee over the phone, he blatantly said "So what? What you want me to do about it huh? Call the cops or something, I don't care", then hung up on me. Furious, I waited for him to come out of the country club, and got his license plate number. I called the non-emergency number and reported the incident, along with the plate number, to the officers. If he would have hit anyone, this small business could have gone bankrupt with more negative publicity than it already has (compared to reviews I've read) and/ or from being sued. Today, on Jan 30, 2011 at about 1pm, I called the store again to ask to speak with a General Manager. The lady said they weren't there and before I could ask when they came in, she hung up on me. I called right back and asked when the General Manager would be in, to her response of "I TOLD YOU I DON'T KNOW!", followed by another hang up. I will try again, but not until I file a report with the BBB. It is a shame that no one at this place of business is mature enough to understand how unsafe this man was driving and could have easily caused a fatality by his driving.
