Food is average, nothing that makes me recommend it or not. But the outstanding thing here is ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They set a table for me and my Friends; then one other friend joined us. Initially the waiter took our order in a bad mood, but my last friend had to ask 3 times for a plate, fork and water as the waiter was simply ignoring him.

Later we realized the waiter was upset because closing time was approaching; however, he never said so while we were ordering.

Soon after bringing the food HE PUSHED US TO LEAVE even though WE WERE NOT FINISHED EATING. The only thing he cared about was us paying the tab. He didn't mind our food that was still sitting on the table, he IMPOLITELY insisted he had leave.

We ended up our night angry and hungry.

I moved here about 6 months ago, and I have tried pretty much all of the sushi places in Hoboken. I recently ordered take-out here, and I wouldn't call it the best sushi in the city, but it is DEFINITELY the best value. Delicious rolls, and a good amount for the price. Also, from the time I placed the order, it couldn't have been more than 15 minutes before the delivery came, and it was on a Thursday night. So again, if you are a sushi connoisseur, maybe this isn't the best, but if you love sushi and want a great value, I highly recommend Aroma.

The food is fine.

The service is just so bad. I've been eating there the past 3 years of my college career so I'm not basing this review off just ONE bad experience.

They are such mean people. I ALWAYS generously tip the waiter (2 bucks for a 6 dollar meal!), but he still has horrible manners. I always smile and say hello and treat them courteously, but never had that professionalism returned. I just don't understand.

The owner or whoever is behind the desk is mean, whether its the woman or the man. They just have such horrible manners and they don't know how to treat their customers.

I found the food to be good but the service is so bad. They are fast with their food because the food has been prepared for weeks before, all they need to do is re-heat their food. Trust me, I know chinese food business. There are BETTER QUALITY chinese food places in Hoboken where they don't have the worst service or the unhealthiest ways of making their food.

The food is pretty bad with the same brown sauce and MSG taste. We ordered from them for a couple of times and tried different dishes, but no favorite so far. Sometimes they delivered wrong order but the restaurant is not responsive. Their price is much higher than normal take-out place. Won't order from them is the future.

Would give the food 4 stars (based on what i would expect to get with their low prices). But yes, I have found a hair in my food once. They have forgotten parts of my order in delivery twice. And the service over the phone is ridiculously poor (and at times very rude)! But those have been 3 strikes out of several times I've ordered food from them. I just haven't found anyone better.

I just found a 7-in long black hair in my chicken with string bean and white rice lunch. This is not a joke, normally this place is good.

I only get delivery, fastest chinese food in hoboken, usually under 10 minutes! Great food for the price as well.
