Mom's in Seward serves an incredible hand-breaded chicken fried steak dinner that rivals any I've had. We enjoyed it so much that we returned twice during our visit to Kansas. With delicious options ranging from chicken fried steak smothered in gravy to seasonal beurocks, the friendly atmosphere makes every meal memorable.
