Growing up in a German Mennonite home, the flavors of bierocks, verenika, zwieback, and ham gravy at this buffet brought back so many comforting memories. The fresh baked breads, especially the zwieback, along with the homemade soups and pies, made the meal truly special, and the friendly staff added to the warm atmosphere. Sharing this experience with family from out of town made it even better, and I look forward to returning for the wide variety of delicious, authentic dishes.
