The chicken strips were something to be ashamed of.
Get something decent as opposed to the frozen,flat, flash fried breading that you serve and call chicken strips.
Service was excellent.

Worst service in town. One visit it took 30 min to get our check- we eventually had to ask another server for it as our server had apparently taken a break and the next (and last ever) visit we waited almost 2 hours for our food!! A salad, burger, and kids meal! Absolutely ridiculous! The owner did not take our complaint nicely and was argumentative instead of apologetic. His business will never improve with that attitude. I will spend my money on other local businesses who care about their customers and value their opinions. Will never eat at Chatters again. 👋

Really???? Potato chips are French fries???? Ask when you order what the "fries" are. They should tell you instead of saying they are fried chips.

Not going to Chatters again. 2 $11.00 plates. (chicken and pasta) not a vegetable included or a bread. The waitress was friends with the table next to ours and was eating off their plates (hands at mouth) and came directly to our table no sanatizer.

Chatters used to be the best place in town to eat. Now it is just mediocre. We had a bad experiance a while back, evidently our food was forgotten,when it finally came the cheese was congealed on my husband's sandwich and my pasta was cold. We recieved a 50% discount. We went again and it was OK. The last time, and I do mean the last time, the food was bad, chicken warmed in the microwave, my father-in-law didn't get his shrimp with his steak and shrimp meal, didn't realize it till the next day. The owner has too many irons in the fire.... Leaving his business to a manager that probably doesn't care as much as he should.

I am never eating at Chatters again. They spent two hours getting our food (which was mediocre and burnt) and then another hour to get our ticket! On top of that after complaining to the manager who replied with a lame apology, he didn't even come back to our tables. Yes they took 10% open something or other off, (which was a whole $3.35 off of our 4 person ticket) but still expected us to pay 18% gratuity! And for the record this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened, but it is definitely the last. I advise everyone to take their money and time elsewhere.
