On our way to Columbus for the hot air balloon glow, we detoured for a little culinary nostalgia at Chicken Annie's, a true treasure of a restaurant. The food? Oh, it was crispy and delicious, just as I remembered from my childhood, and Grace, our server, was a whirlwind of friendliness and efficiency that made the experience even better. With cozy rooms adorned with string lights and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the ultimate spot for some good old-fashioned fried chicken, and trust me, the German potato salad is a must-try!
