As someone who's used to great sushi in California, finding Osaki in southern Kansas was a pleasant surprise because their rolls are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The menu has a good variety beyond sushi, like teriyaki and hibachi, and the staff are friendly and attentive, making it a solid choice whether dining in or getting delivery.

As a California transplant, I'm thrilled to have discovered this incredible sushi restaurant in southern Kansas.
