During a road trip through town, I enjoyed flavorful tacos, fresh chips, and a spicy salsa that elevated the meal, all served quickly from a food truck behind a parking lot. The portions were generous, the service friendly and efficient, and the authentic Mexican dishes like barbacoa and lengua kept me coming back despite a few minor inconveniences.
