I savored two vanilla iced cake donuts that were perfectly moist and light, alongside a wonderfully yeasty Bear Claw and a delicate Apple Fritter that melted in my mouth. The cozy shop's friendly owner, originally from Massachusetts like me, added a warm touch to the experience, while the coffee, though disappointing, didn't overshadow the incredible quality and freshness of the baked treats. With a generous selection of classic donuts and kolaches at very affordable prices, this Salina bakery left a memorable impression on my taste buds and my morning.
