The refried beans and rice here are seriously delicious-soft, flavorful, and just really well made. The tamales and poblano relleno blew me away, and the huge menu with vegetarian options, quick friendly service, and generous portions make it a solid choice for Mexican food in Fort Scott.

I absolutely adore the refried beans and rice at this place. They are simply delicious, with the beans being incredibly soft and flavorful. Meeting the lovely lady who cooks the food made my dining experience even more special. Her cooking is what keeps me coming back for more of the amazing tamales and poblano relleno. The service is quick and friendly, and the extensive menu offers great options, including vegetarian dishes. I highly recommend trying the lunch special #17 - it's a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal.
