My wife and I had reservations on Tuesday night,
Dinner.I made the reservation on Sunday for the Newyork steak special that was advertised online that would end as of Tuesday, after closing. After ordering drinks for dinner,we asked the waiter ,who was assisted by a more experienced waitress if we could have the Steak special, and we were told that he's they were out of that particular state so looking at the menu since there a New York state on the menu we asked if we could have that for the special price the waitress asked the manager manager who replied that no that could not be done so we ordered from the regular menu which my wife ordered a sirloin steak and I ordered the ribeye well I have to tell you that both pieces of me although they were cooked to perfection they were very low in quality what a disappointment and the biggest disappointment is the next day looking online on Facebook I see that the special had been extended so I wonder what Firebirds in Lee's Summit is going to do since they were completely out of the steak itself I thought that was very bad business for such a restaurant we tend to attend to frequently but never had tried the steakes before
