When stuck at the airport with limited dining options, the makeshift restaurant in the ballroom of the hotel provided a surprisingly satisfying meal experience. Despite the ongoing construction and unconventional setting, the attentive service and flavorful dishes, such as the perfectly cooked filet and piping hot broccoli, made it a worthwhile dining choice in a pinch.
