I read the above reviews and I'm sorry those people feel the way they do. My husband and I eat there several times a week and we've always had good service and really good food. I would recommend eating there to anyone. They always have good food and good service when I've ate there.

I've always liked Betty's except there slow but there also the only delivery place in town too the main complaint I would have is no web menu I order from there a lot I know most of what they have but if u call & ask what they have its like wow rushed & hateful but yet u can't find a menu online wth update the menu that would be great & get u more money being able to see entrees & sweets would help a lot !!!

We decided to try Bettys for the first time, there being very few delivery businesses in Salyersville, and the good reviews, we thought it would be a safe bet. We called in our order and the woman manning the phone seemed out of touch, grouchy and fed up. I could look past that, I know what it can be like to work with the public. Then we were told our price, I had to take a mental step back. Over forty dollars for two pizzas and a 2 liter. I honestly should have stopped right there and said 'nevermind' but I went through with my order. After a little over an hour later the food arrived. The poor delivery guy had a bit of a lackluster attitude, once again, I simply chalked it up to the tiring task of working with the public. The pizzas were good sized, but come to find out we were missing toppings and had very few of others. Extra cheese was missing, there was one piece of ham MAYBE per slice of our Hawaiin pizza. After paying so much, we were quite a bit aggrevated. So we decided to call back and put in a complaint. The woman was just as short, reading back our order and telling us to hang on. It was then that I realized that she must be an owner because, after two minutes or so, a trembling voiced employee was placed on the phone. She sounded audibly upset, saying she was the one who made the pizza and that she swore up and down everything was there. She was put forward for the slaughter. I also realized then that the poor girl must have made the pizza to the very specifications she was told. As little as possible for the biggest profit. She was going to be getting in trouble and thrown to the dogs for simply doing her job. I promptly told her that it was fine, 'I did not want her to get in trouble overy something that could have easily been fixed by the manager or the owner. For then to, instead, pull this poor girl from her work to get on the phone with an upset customer, when she has no power but to try and defend herself, is appalling. It's bad business and I truly feel sorry for the employees. The pizza had little to no flavor besides salt and cardboard. I could pay 1/18th the price in the freezer section at walmart I now know why the delivery boy was so lack luster. I will NEVER order from them again. Not at that price, not with that quality of service, and not with that business management. I tried to give this place a shot and was completely dissapointed. Stay away or traverse with caution, my friends.
