I have no complaints about the taste of our food but the place was filthy. We were there at 2:00 in the afternoon and were the only inside guests except for one that came in to complain her window order was not correct and one placing a take out order. Both trash cans were spilling out and the condiment area was a mess. The floors were sticky and dirty. We found the one table that had not been previously used and was reasonably cleaned off. The bathroom was worse. The soap dispenser was off the wall and laying on the sink. I saw 5 people working so it was not short staffed. While we were eating, 4 came out and sat at a table and visited with each other. To say this was a disappointing experience would be an understatement. This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Freddy’s without having a Sundae, but after looking around, I decided not to chance it!

Awful! I ordered at drive through and they got my order wrong (I am not from that town but was passing through), had to go in and get my hamburger redone, fries were lukewarm and on the road discovered my tea was sweet and I specifically ordered unsweet because I cannot have sugar! The service was poor and not real friendly at the window and the young gal held my bag of food for quite a while in her hand while trying to figure out how to get my receipt with two others help. I understand training someone but it was apparent why their parking lot and order line was nearly empty! And time frame had nothing to do with it, it was dinner time and I had been to a few other restaurants trying to decide what to get and their lots and lines were completely filled! This was the first time I ordered their hamburger and it was greasy as well. I won't be back there and won't recommend that place at all to anyone! There are other locations much more friendly and has good food.
