The food here is always hot, flavorful, and served in huge portions that easily cover leftovers for later. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole experience enjoyable, plus the vibrant atmosphere and authentic Mexican vibe really stand out. While some dishes like the chimichanga and tamales are fantastic, a couple of hiccups with service and the owner's attitude kept it from being perfect for me.

The food at this Mexican restaurant is consistently delicious and served hot, with generous portions and attentive wait staff. The authentic atmosphere, vibrant colors, and beautiful music create a welcoming dining experience. The prices are reasonable, and the leftovers from the ample portions make it a great value for enjoying tasty Mexican cuisine.

Good significantly better than what I was expecting considering it is a small chain. The menu consisted of traditional Mexican food plus different more American style food with a Mexican flare.

I NEVER KNEW THE GREATNESS OF MEXICAN FOOD,UNTIL EATING AT OUR HOME TOWN EL Vallarta OF FULTON KY. I HAVE EATEN AT MANY MEXICAN FOOD PLACES,BUT NEVER HAD THE EXPERIENCE THAT EL Vallarta PRESENTED.....OUTSTANDING...GOT TO GET BACK ASAP!!!!
