The barbecue from Holy Smokin BBQ is absolutely delicious, with fresh flavors and perfect smokiness that keeps me coming back for more. My husband and I have enjoyed their food truck offerings at various locations around Knoxville, and we are always impressed by the quality and taste. The menu is diverse, with options like the bologna sandwich and cornbread pie that have completely exceeded our expectations.
