The food here is absolutely fantastic, with homemade pasta sauces, delicious lasagna, and one of the best New York-style pizzas you can find in Knoxville-the crust just melts in your mouth. The service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere feels authentically Italian, and the portions are generous enough to keep me coming back for more every time.

The food at Gavino's is amazing, with fantastic pasta sauces and delicious pizza. The service was great, and the atmosphere had a typical Italian restaurant vibe. The meatball sandwich was very good, with a huge portion and perfect preparation.
