The food at this restaurant was very good, with the cheese curds being a standout, but I was disappointed when my well-done patty melt came out pink despite specifying my preference, though I chose not to address it at the time; overall, the service was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable during my anniversary dinner with my boyfriend.

We went to Features and decided to have their special for the evening. Bottomless wings it was. 45 minutes after ordering we finally got what looked like dried pieces of fried skin. It was awful and tasted even worse. It took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. That wouldn't have been so bad but the waitress made a comment that we were her only customers. When we talked to the owner/manager, he was rude and argumentative. Needless to say, Features just lost eight future customers and our story has already been shared to a lot of others in the area. Most told us the same story.
