Living in Lafayette, I received Christmas money from my mom and decided to explore different Mexican restaurants with the funds. One of the first places I tried was Ninfa's, where I enjoyed their delicious chips and salsa, including a variety of tasty salsas and a surprisingly good Chimichanga that left a lasting impression. If I ever return to Lafayette, Ninfa's will definitely be on my list of places to revisit for a satisfying meal.
