Lunch was really good with a variety of fresh dishes like fried catfish, crab bisque, and some tasty salads. The sticky praline chicken stood out as the best item, and the cold soda was a nice touch. Service was excellent, and the overall experience was enjoyable and worth checking out.

After hearing great reviews, I tried the weekly lunch buffet with a variety of delicious items like fried catfish and praline chicken. The food was excellent, especially the soups, gumbo, and praline chicken. Service was outstanding, and the venue was spacious and accommodating for events like weddings and receptions.

I was there recently for lunch with a big group so they seated us in the private room. There was a miscommunication about whether we were eating a catered meal or in the buffet with the general public in the restaurant. The manager never came to apologize or clear it up and sent the Waiter instead, and told us we were to get food from the catering dishes first so we wouldn't inconvenience the lunch rush. Then we had to take her own plate into the dining room with the restaurant but could only go one table at a time as not to "disrupt" the other customers that were eating for lunch. It was very uncomfortable for us to parade through the testeraunt with our large group from the private room. There was also a waitress standing at the dessert table shoooing us away and telling us that desserts were extra. The only compensation we got for the mixup was free drinks along with our $18 buffet. The food was nowhere near worth the price and the waiter started collecting our payment in the middle of us still eating our lunch! And then mixed up some of our payments. I will not be visiting this establishment again!
