The Mahi Mahi with cous cous was fantastic! Great service, great atmosphere! The feta cheese rolls were great as well. The orange pistachio vinaigrette was good but a little too subtle for my taste. The spicy cajun pizza was delicious as well! Big portions with small prices!

I ate the breaded talapia and was nauseated for 3 days :-). My girlfriend said the pizza was good though.

The food there is awesome! Please try the delicious sandwiches. You will not regret eating here. Wonderful location too.

What a refreshing establishment tucked away in River Ranch! A wondrous ambiance and the staff was cordial. We ordered the "shrimp pizza" which was mucho delicious! The menu features creative tilapia entrees I can't wait to try during my next visit. My time there was reminiscent of dining in Houston!

Their sandwiches are wonderful! I wish we had a Cafe Roma in Houston. Every time we go to Lafayette, we have to eat at Cafe Roma.
