During a chilly, rainy drive from Texas to Louisiana, I stopped here craving a break from the road and was treated to fresh, flavorful Cuban dishes like the traditional Cuban sandwich and shrimp mango ceviche that truly impressed me. The atmosphere felt authentic and relaxed, with friendly staff and a manager who genuinely cared about the diners' experience. Between the strong coffee, great music, and delicious food, I found myself eager to return and try even more of the menu.

I have been to Havanna, Cuba and have also published "Acadiana's Restuarant Cookbook". This place has the best Cuban food from key west to Houston, TX.
The mojitos are the only authentic Mojitos that I have had since I was in Havanna, Cuba. I have had Mojitios from Key West, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, etc.......THEY DO NOT COMPARE!!!!!
Cafe Habnna is "Authentic CUBAN" hopspitality and fare!
