Growing up in Lafayette with a love for good food, Pimon Thai always tops my list when visiting my mom here. The food is consistently flavorful and authentic, with standout dishes like garlic chicken, egg rolls with unique dipping sauce, and a variety of curries loaded with fresh vegetables and tender meat. While the service can be slow during busy times and the ambiance is average, the staff is friendly and the overall experience keeps me coming back again and again.
