I ordered from Pitt Grill tonight through Waitr. I ordered Chili w Beans, Gumbo, and a Shrimp Salad. The Chili was packaged in a regular to go Styrofoam container and had leaked all out of the container into the bag. The salad was packaged in a black bowl and covered with saran wrap. The gumbo was the only thing packaged correctly, in the cardboard bowl with a lid on it. However, the gumbo tasted horrible. It was so greasy. This is so out of norm for Pitt Grill. I eat there quite often. They must have a new cook and new workers.

My wife, mother, and I dined in this evening, 7/31/2014. We will never step foot in this pitt grill again. The waitress had a horrible attitude. We had to wait for them to defrost food, before they could cook our meals. All around horrible experience. I rate this place a triple 0. Horrible service, horrible waitress, and horrible cook and food.

My first ever experience with this restaurant was one I will ALWAYS remember. Too bad it's in a negative way! The service was HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I had a zero to rate them. I called in an order tonight and I must say the person taking the order was very pleasant, and cordial, but that's where the compliments end. She told me that my order should be ready in about 20 minutes. I was waiting across the street from the restaurant for my daughter to get off of work so after about 25 minutes I drove across the street. I had informed the person taking my order that I was going to be coming to pick the order up in the drive thru and she said okay. When I got to the drive thru window I literally sat for at least 5 mins. before anyone even looked my way. So I blew my horn to get at least one of the 3-4 servers to acknowledge my presence. When someone finally came, I told her about my order and paid my bill. She left the window opened and walked away. After about 15 mins. a tall gentleman walked out of the kitchen so I asked him if he could check on my phone order. He informed me that the cook had about 20 tickets back there, and that he was just coming on and would help him. The ladies continued walking back and forth even holding conversations, no one seemingly concerned about the fact that I was still sitting at the window. After about 10 more minutes I flagged down one of the servers and told her that I would like to have a refund because I had been waiting too long for an order that I had called in. She said "okay" and that she would get the manager. Another 10 minutes went by while I waited to even get a refund. I saw a woman walking around with money in her hand, but I was confused that she didn't approach the drive-thru window, but instead went out into the dining area at least twice still holding the money in her hand. This person finally approached the window with the money in her hand, handed it to me, told me the amount she was giving me without any apology or explanation for the HORRIBLE service I had received. Here is a tip for the management team of Pitt Grill and I certainly hope you're reading this review. Tonight I chose your establishment for the first time, and it will be a cold day in Hataes before I come back again. It was too late for me to eat tonight anyway, but it's not too late for me to let others know about the HORRIBLE service I received.

How do you get to talk to Mr. King about the Alexandria. Pitt Grill and his employees stealing from him and Mrs. Denise not making the Schedule and her family eating there and the employees are not to give them a ticket.
