I discovered this food truck at the Las Vegas Highland Games and decided to grab a quick bite on the first day. The onion rings with fry sauce were absolutely delicious and left me craving more. Despite some items being sold out on my next visit, I thoroughly enjoyed the Trail Boss burger and, of course, more of those amazing onion rings. I hope to come across this food truck again in the future, as the experience was truly memorable.
