My family and I love Capriotti's because their Philly steak and Meatball sandwiches are packed with flavorful meat and fresh toppings, making every bite delicious. Although my recent order was mixed up and expensive, the exceptional customer service from the cheerful staff truly made my day and keeps me coming back.

Capriotti's is a favorite spot for my family and me. Unfortunately, our recent order was not prepared correctly, which was disappointing considering the $70 spent and the rainy weather. Despite the mix-up, I have always enjoyed their Philly steak and Meatball sandwiches for their generous portions and delicious toppings. The standout experience, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by the cheerful and helpful young men at the Rainbow location, making the visit truly memorable.
