First of all we really enjoy eating at Charlies but today 11/14/12 we were appauled at the service we recieve from KAREN the lady behind cash register....she was rude never greeted us and not once did she smile.....then our order comes and it was the wrong order and when we corrected her about it she was very rude about it not only that she didn't even fix the order so we paid 23.00 for food that we didn't eat....then as we walked off we could clearly hear everything she said from across the store....I find it very unprofessional the way she treated us as customers her name is Karen....thank you its just ashame that well have to go to mall to eat from this day forward cause who wants to be treated that way and say such appauling remarks after we walk off.....not once were we out of line we just wanted our food fixed that wasn't we ended up putting in resale in front of EZ go.....if your going to eat at Charlies go to the one in mall way better customer service......Dusty and Aaron
