I come from North Cackalacky, and I have a personal fondness for this barbecue joint. If you enjoy smoked brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, smoked chicken, ribs, hot links, or catfish, this establishment is a must-visit. The sides, particularly the collard greens and fried okra, are reminiscent of homemade cooking and complement the flavorful meats perfectly. Additionally, every meal includes a choice of cornbread or white bread along with their delicious homemade barbecue sauce.

I like Sam's because their food has flavor. Too many places will not season food. I enjoy eating a meal that I don't have to add flavor to,(except the hot sauce on the cabbage!).
