Worst fake "Chicago style" food that I EVER gagged on. The owner of the Waco, TX store claims to be from Chicago. Apparently he never ate anywhere other than national chains while he lived there. As a true Chicago native who continues to go home on a regular bases, I can tell you that this place sucks, the food is soggy Crap, long wait times, and crappy service. You may have some of these Rednecks fooled, but there is a reason that there isn't a Wise Guys restaurant within a thousand miles of Chicago. It wouldn't last a week!
