Arrived today for a birthday luncheon. That my daughter wanted to give me for my 70th birthday.
We ordered 2 drinks. Margarita for my daughter and a martini for me.
My daughters Margarita was so sour she could not drink it. Could not even sip it. Puckered every sip. And had to ask for a straw
Waitress took it back. She ordered a long island ice tea same sweet and sour mix, couldn't drink either. Had to ask for a straw.
Waitress took back again.
My daughter then just ordered a martini.
It was a cold 40..F day. I was freezing. The waitress said the heat the restaurant was not working. (Should have been told this, when waitress saw and heard saying I was freezing.) I tried to cope. And ordered my lunch for my daughters sake.
I ordered the Pork Chop. My daughter ordered the Salmon.
We decided to move to another table.so that we could try and get a little warmer....
Waitress brought our food out.
Salmon was ok.
However my Pork Chop was very small, tough,dry,thin and had fat, around it.
My side order was 9 grilled pea pods,and that was all. I couldn't even ear the chop or the cold pea pods. Waitress did not even offer any apologies.
My daughter payed for the meals and drinks. And gave the waitress a $20.00 tip.
My sad birthday luncheon cost my daughter over $69.00...
I will tell everyone, I now about this experience. And I myself will never go there go there, ever.
I hope Sutton's Restaurant CEO.
Read's this. And understands my frustration. My daughter wanted this to be a wonderful day for me. And wanted this lunch and mean something to me on my 70th birthday.
But instead.
Service was bad . chef was bad. And sweet and sour mix should not have never been served.. And the Sutton's Restaurant had No HEAT!!!

My family and friends had a surprise 60th for me last night at Suttons! Food was excellent, as well as the service! Highly recommended! Reasonably priced!

Been a long time customer of this place.Last night stopped by to order a pizza to go .Employees and 2 off duty managers were on patio drinking ,I got in to heated debate with friend of theirs and was cussed out and told to go sit in my car till food was ready .The blonde drunk female who ordered me out of place then poked me in chest and flicked her ciq.butt in my face.i cancelled my order and left.I returned next morning and spoke with "Pops" another member of management who shrugged it off.This is not the family place as is told to people.Will never spend my money here again .
